I felt a great need to know what was going on out there, but especially here.
Inside a house which used to be empty.
Inside a half-filled bed.
Inside busy souls, who in a time of a sigh have found themselves lost.
Empty.
Full of doubts.
Alone.
I decided to fill my room with light.
I picked the most beautiful flowers in my garden.
I started to portrait their sinuous lines, compared to mine.
I fed on light, as a fragile flower,
and I portrayed it.
By Marinella Consigli
Love,
Sorrow
And memory
Only
Provoke
Visions
And poems,
Odes
To what is
Lost
But shall
Return.
The mother
Will be daughter
And the grandma
The sister
She is not.
Hands
Like blood
Will bound
Ourselves
Again.
